Rosetta is an independent foundry, created by David Březina, José Scaglione and Veronika Burian, with a strong focus on multi-script typography. They have produced some beautiful multi-script (Arabic, Cyrillic, Greek and Latin) typefaces. Identifying the growing need in the global market for multi-script typefaces that are both technically and aesthetically of the highest standard. Rosetta is committed to promoting research and knowledge in that area and to support excellence in world script type design.
Check out their new A2 poster – a double-sided presentation of released and unreleased typefaces. The front is a three-colour offset print playing with the motto “The world writes in many scripts”. The back is a more conventional type specimen-poster printed in one colour. It is an A2 format (420 × 594 mm); 120g Munken Pure paper.The poster will be sent as a free incentive along with any font order until 30 September 2011.
