Rubrik

Overview

New typeface from Newyln. Rubrik was designed to describe a softer and more natural use of technology, and was inspired by the helpful feel of a manual typewriter. The typefaces on those old machines were designed to be proper, practical and popular. Rubik’s simplified open forms resurrect that tone in a clear and modern way.

Nice!

Did you know, ‘Rubrik’ means ‘Headline’ or ‘Title” in Swedish. Fact of the day.

Hey… Newlyn seems to be misspelled In the Overview textblock. (now I twittered it that way…)
